Parents & Grandparents Sponsorship (PGP)

The Parents and Grandparents Program (PGP) is a unique Immigration program allowing both Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their own parents and grandparents for Canadian permanent residence.

The PGP 2022 application intake has ended. IRCC has invited 23,100 potential sponsors to apply to sponsor their parents and grandparents; with the goal of receiving 15,000 complete applications.
